            Owners receive 20% discount off ski rentals in SSRC rental facilities at all Steamboat Ski and Sport locations; The Grand, The Sheraton,

            Owners receive a 25% discount off of any group ski or snowboard lesson. (Not valid for Kids’ VacationCenter, Private Lessons, Lift/Lesson Packages, and specially discounted programs).  The blackout dates are December 26-January 3 and is subject to change without notice.

            Owners receive a 15% discount off regular priced items at retail shops operated by the resort – Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation.

            Owners receive a 15% discount off of spa services and retail items at the Grand Spa located inside the Steamboat Grand on lobby level.

            Owners can receive up to a 20% discount off of lodging and 50% discount off of lift tickets at selected Intrawest operated resorts.  For more information please visit www.intrawest.com/homeowner.  (The lodging and lift ticket discount is not available for Steamboat Grand Owners at the following Intrawest resorts: Steamboat Springs, CopperMountain, or Winter Park).

            Owners can receive a discount on lodging for their friends and family at the Steamboat Grand.  The reservation must be booked with the Owner Services Department at the Steamboat Grand.  The amount of the discount varies depending on the season and blackout dates may apply.

Parking:

            Owners receive complimentary parking in the underground parking garage at the Steamboat Grand with their issued parking permit.

            Owners receive complimentary valet parking at the Steamboat Grand with their issued parking permit.

            Owners of a quarter share condo or larger can purchase an additional parking permit valid for one year.  More information is available under the Board Updates page.

Golf:

The Haymaker Golf Course will be offering non-resident property owner rates.  As a fractional owner at the Steamboat Grand you can receive discounted rates.  For more information please visit www.haymakergolf.com.  They will need proof of ownership which could be a copy of your deed or closing statement from the title company.  If you plan to take advantage of the discounted rate this summer please come prepared because we do not have copies on hand everyone’s deed or closing statements.

Après Ski:

            Happy Hour is available to owners of the Steamboat Grand 3 days a week during the ski season with complimentary snacks.  For the 2009/2010-ski season Après Ski is held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays from 3:30-5pm in the Hotel Owners Lounge.  Beverages are available during Après Ski to owners for an additional cost.

First Tracks:

            First Tracks is available to Owners 3 days a week during the ski season.  During the 2009/2010 ski season owners could choose from Sunday, Wednesday, or Friday for their day of participation.  There are only a limited number of spaces available each day for owners in First Tracks.  An owner is only allowed to participate in First Tracks one time per week plus one additional guest or family member can participate with the owner.  For more information on First Tracks click here.

Amenities:

            Owners have access to the pool/fitness center year-round even when they are not staying at the Steamboat Grand.  To access the pool/fitness center the owner can use their issued Gold Card.

            Owners have access to the underground parking garage year-round even when they are not staying at the Steamboat Grand with their issued parking permit.

            Owners have access to two Owner Lounges, one in the hotel and the second above the ski storage area.  The Hotel Owners Lounge is available year-round.  The Slopeside Owners Club (above the ski storage) is only available during the ski season unless requested with Owner Services.

            Owners receive complimentary ski storage at the Grand Storage based on the sleeping occupancy of their condo.  Owners are asked to only store their equipment during the ski season.

Owners have access to complimentary laundry services while staying at the Steamboat Grand.  The owner can receive the laundry tokens from the Front Desk.  The laundry room is located on the 2^nd floor near room 201.
